Born and raised in Southern Utah, Kolby began his career in pest control in San Antonio, Texas, where he gained valuable experience working for a small, family-owned company. 

With a commitment to bringing top-tier pest management back to his hometown, Kolby earned his Certified Applicators License in Utah in 2020 and launched Three Peaks Pest Control.
